We keep the personal data we process to a minimum. Depending on how you use this website, we may process: (1) Contact data you send us voluntarily — for example your name, email address and the content of your message when you write to us at owners@seventyone.ch. (2) Technical data automatically recorded in server log files, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. (3) Usage data collected with your consent through Google Analytics, as described under “Cookies” and “Third-party services” below. We do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data through this website.
We process personal data to respond to and administer enquiries you send us; to operate, maintain and secure the website; to understand how the website is used and improve it; and to comply with legal obligations. Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the operation and security of the website and our communication with interested parties are based on our legitimate interest, and responding to your enquiry is based on your request to take steps prior to any potential engagement. Analytics and the loading of external fonts are based on your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the corresponding legal bases are Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests), Art. 6(1)(b) (steps at your request), Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation). You are not obliged to provide personal data; without contact data, however, we cannot respond to an enquiry.
This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its technical operation and security; these do not require consent. In addition, we use analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which are set only after you have given your consent through our cookie banner. You can accept or decline these when you first visit the site and can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the banner’s settings. Declining or deleting analytics cookies does not affect the core functionality of the website.

Hosting. The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland, which processes technical data (including server log files) on our behalf as a processor under a data-processing agreement. Google Analytics. With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. The information generated is transmitted to Google and may be processed on servers operated by Google LLC in the United States. See Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts. With your consent, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) to display its typography. When a font is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. See Google’s privacy policy above.
Where a provider processes data outside Switzerland or the EEA — in particular in the United States — such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the applicable Swiss addendum and, where applicable, the providers’ certification under the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Enquiry correspondence is retained for the duration of our exchange and for a reasonable period afterwards, and longer where statutory retention obligations apply (in Switzerland, business records are generally kept for 10 years). Server log files are stored by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and diagnostics and are then deleted or anonymised. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future — for cookies, via the banner’s settings. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at owners@seventyone.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EEA, your local data-protection authority.
