They can save you money in the long run. Buying single-use batteries is wasteful and expensive. Rechargeable batteries can save you money in the long run.
Morui ML 20 Powerbank, moreover, 20000mAh. Chargeable cells
Such batteries are now widely used. However, to achieve a good battery life, there are certain things you should keep in mind.
Charger for NiMH batteries
An electronic charger with four NiMH batteries.
Today, rechargeable batteries are used in many places in the household. Some devices such as mobile phones and portable computers supplied with a rechargeable battery. For small digital cameras, flashlights and many other tools, on the other hand, you have the choice whether to use ordinary batteries or rechargeable batteries, accumulators.
In any case, it’s nice that such rechargeable batteries can recharge very often. In practice, however, not everything works without problems. This especially if you make inevitable common mistakes.
Small devices that also work with ordinary non-rechargeable batteries. With the usual 1.5 V cells in sizes AA (mignon), AAA (micro), C (micro) or D (mono) – can usually also be operated with rechargeable batteries – but not always. One problem may be that the usual nickel-metal hydride batteries have a significantly lower rated voltage of only 1.2 V. This is the case with the nickel-metal hydride batteries, which used in the past.
Full cell capacity
You want to use the full size, you let the voltage drop down to a discharge end voltage of approximately 1.0 V. Some devices are still working with it, but some will not work correctly at about 1.2 V. Then one can have the impression that the battery will only last a short time – it could still give off a lot of charges, but not at a sufficiently high voltage level for the device. Unfortunately, you usually don’t get to know from the device manufacturers how much battery voltage a device needs at least, so you have to try it out for yourself.
